Welcome to Pink and Paleo, my blog where I ramble on about challenges I face on my journey of completing 365 days of consuming a fully paleo-approved diet, and share tips and tricks that I learn along the way. A self-proclaimed fitness enthusiast, I enjoy running and was a competitive swimmer for ten years. I dabble in weight training and yoga, and have found a slowly-growing love for CrossFit. I’ve struggled with maintaining a healthy weight since I was fifteen, frequently dropping below and soaring above a size I’m most comfortable with (fluctuating between 100-145 lbs). I have finally decided to treat my body the way it deserves to be nourished, and end this unhealthy roller coaster.
My biggest goals with going paleo are healing my body and becoming as healthy as possible, as well as inspiring others to do the same through a healthy lifestyle. I have high expectations for the things to come in 2014…bring it on!
